Thakher Development, in partnership with Mulkia Investment, has launched a nearly SAR 1 billion real estate fund in Mecca, announced during the Cityscape Global event. This fund will support the development of luxury serviced apartments located about one kilometer from the Holy Mosque, featuring two towers and approximately 80,000 square meters of built-up area. The project aligns with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030, aiming to enhance the hospitality sector and accommodate an increasing number of visitors and pilgrims. The Thakher Mecca project itself encompasses a larger development plan that includes multiple towers and commercial spaces to promote economic growth and tourism in the region.
