Rua Al Madinah Project
A mega mixed-use development in Al-Madinah Al-Munawarah covering about 1.35-1.5 million m2, featuring hotels, hospitality, commercial, cultural and green transport infrastructure near the Prophet's Mosque, designed to host up to 30 million visitors by 2030 and to create tens of thousands of jobs.

Marriott International has signed a significant agreement with Rua Al Madinah Holding Company to develop eight hotels in Madinah, Saudi Arabia, near the Prophet's Mosque. The project is projected to add approximately 4,400 hotel rooms across various Marriott brands, including The Ritz-Carlton, JW Marriott, and Westin Hotels, enhancing the city's hospitality offerings for visitors. This collaboration aligns with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030, which aims to boost tourism in the Kingdom, and will accommodate both residents and pilgrims visiting for Hajj and Umrah. The Rua Al Madinah Project is part of a larger initiative to transform the area into a modern Islamic and cultural destination, featuring integrated infrastructure and extensive open spaces.
