Leadership
Inzerillo began his career as a busboy in New York, gradually advancing through various senior leadership roles in global hotel, resort, and lifestyle brands. From 1991 to 2011, he was president of Kerzner International, where he played a key role in launching luxury resort brands such as Atlantis and One&Only. He later served as CEO of Forbes Travel Guide and collaborated with IMG Artists to lead global talent and lifestyle events strategies.
In 2018, he was appointed Group CEO of the Diriyah development, a $50.6 billion project aimed at creating a world-class cultural destination. Inzerillo's vision for tourism in Saudi Arabia focuses on empowering the next generation of leaders and fostering a culture of respect and empowerment within his team. Under his leadership, 83% of employees at Diriyah are Saudi nationals, with 36% being women and 16% in management positions, highlighting his commitment to local talent and diversity.
The Diriyah project is a cornerstone of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 economic diversification strategy, combining heritage, leisure, hospitality, and global tourism. It is expected to attract 27 million visitors annually and generate over 55,000 jobs. Inzerillo's proven track record in transforming luxury hospitality concepts into global brands adds credibility and momentum to this ambitious initiative.
Despite living and working in Riyadh, Inzerillo maintains strong ties to his roots in Brooklyn and often references his early experiences in hospitality when discussing leadership, customer trust, and service excellence.

Bujairi Park
A 133,000 sqm park set in the Wadi Hanifah river valley, with cooling palm groves, pathways, and picnicking spots, adjoining the historic At-Turaif District UNESCO site in Diriyah for visitors' leisure experience.
