Jawharat Riyadh
Jawharat Riyadh is a new flagship development from Cenomi Centers. It will be the number one mall in Riyadh for footfall and spend. It features ~185,000 sqm GLA including 65,000 sqm of office space; 300+ brands and 75+ flagship stores; 10+ brands first to the Kingdom; 4 food & beverage zones; world-class entertainment; 20+ million visitors a year; 6,000+ car parks; and it aims to become the first Gold LEED-certified mall in Riyadh.

Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) and Cenomi Centers have entered into a strategic partnership for a 10-year term in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with an option to extend. Under this agreement, Cenomi will exclusively license the Westfield brand for shopping centers and implement its customer experience standards across its key properties, including flagship locations in Jeddah, Riyadh, and Dammam. URW will support Cenomi in areas such as leasing, operations, and marketing, while Cenomi retains ownership and operation of its assets. This collaboration aims to enhance the retail landscape in Saudi Arabia and align with the country's economic growth objectives.
