The capital hike will be funded by capitalizing SAR 200 million from retained earnings and is pending approval from the relevant authorities and the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders. Shareholders will receive any fractional shares sold at market price, with proceeds distributed pro rata within 30 days of allocation.
